PSN apps on Vita

I am in Egypt but when i did my PSN there were no Egypt in country list so i made it Saudi Arabia.

I opened the uk site that its already bookmarked in the vita browser so i opened PS Vita i opened apps i found apps by name (TAG, travel bug , wake up, and more) also movies and music and they are download able from PS store i opened my PS store from the Vita i opened apps i didn't found them.

Is it for all Vita users and it will be for people or it's just my issue cuz i made my Country Saudi Arabia ?
