Password Change Notification

2 replies 2953 views Edited Aug 1, 2013

I received an email that says to click the link to change the password for my network account and that the link expires 24 hours from the time sent.  Why would I be receiving this email?  Is this someone trying to phish for my password?

Yes, someone is trying to phish your password.

Delete the e-mail and DO NOT click on the link.  You could also add the sender to your "blocked" list.

** Use a unique password for your PSN ID - one you don't use anywhere else **
** Engage brain before putting mouth in gear ** ** two-step verification - use it **
