So for the past week or so I have been unable to log in to the PSS due to the following issue:
When I connect to the store it begins to load and then indicates:
"This service is currently undergoing maintenance."
I know the service is in fact up and functional. I have seen other people with the same problem. Even other accounts on the same unit can log in.
I have tried:
-Uninstalling & reinstalling the store.
-Disabling UPnP
-Port forwarding
I do not think this is a client issue for the aforementioned reason. Has anyone run in to this and found a fix? Thanks!

I have exactly the same problem, its been like that for weeks now.
