try going to ps home and go to  ps  store  inside  that.. try it that way. See what happens.

Same  problem here  it just only us ps store ....new version but wanst worked not at all hated this i couldnt buy or load from us store when sony will let new firmware to fix this staff

well  they should fix this. asap.. Like i said they  let  people choosee the store  functions output.

I got the same issue; frankly its annoying...

Any word on a fix yet?

I have an fat ps3 btw, but its never had an past issues with firmware/updates.

Tried:

1) Reinstalling store update

2) Date/Time suggestions

3) Going to other parts of the store via what's new, etc.; but just takes me to that part of the store, but I still can't navigate.

None of the above have worked...
You would think that a company in financial trouble would do everything possible to make sure the store of all things is working,

can't rent movies, buy d/l games, etc.

Sigh...
