I recently bought the AC3 Season Pass. Redeemed  via Playstation Store, but here's the problem I can't download it.

I've had my PS3 for years and I never had a problem like this occur. 

I thought it was my system at first, shut it down, restarted it and the problem is still there. So then I check to see if the code was redeemed properly, go online to my SEN account and see that it indeed was redeemed correctly according to my transaction history.

This is proof of that.

I'm having the same problem. It's not on my download list either.

So it's not just me. I was going to wait until matenance was done to see if they could do something about it, but that was a bust. So I guess I'll call sony directly to help resolve this problem. As I was hoping to get feedback from users apparently they didn't know much themselves on the problem we are having. Anyway thanks for taking time to "look" at this thread.

     If you go into your Account Management, go to your services list below your download list.  See if you can find the Season Pass in there.

I just got off the phone and it turns out it's not an actual download so to speak. The option wasn't there to download, because I guess for some odd reason it's there already. I don't even know how to explain it as I'm confused myself.. All I know is it is activated and running correctly. If you go to your Account management go to the "Services" list it's located there. It's weird that it's there, I was expecting a download like any other pass, but maybe that was me jumping the gun. I don't know if this is Ubisoft or PSN intention, but whatever as long as I can get my DLC amirite. Anyway thanks for keeping in there with me. I still think something isn't right, but i'll cross that bridge at a later date i'm sure.

Nope, that's the bridge i'm talking about. That's the actual test to see if this theory is correct or not. If not I will call them back and we'll have a long discussion about what the hell is going on.

guess what the thing that sony told you, is a lie, and why do i say that, well becuz when start the game, you should have a notification saying "season pass detected" but there isn't any , hell i even went to boston, new york, the frontier & the homestead, & there was nothing
