PlayStation Store not responsive (after connected successfully)

2 replies 126 views Edited Dec 29, 2012

Loaded the latest firmware and latest version of the store app. Frontpage of the store loads but all controls are non-responsive so navigation is impossible (except the ps button to quit the app).

-Tried with multiple controllers all which work fully outside of playstation store.

-Deleted and re-downloaded the store, still no luck

-Ingame DLC purchases which seem to load a different interface to the store work fine, so its not an account issue.

Any suggestions?

This issue is on SONY's side; there is nothing you can do at your end. All you can do is wait it out. The new PSN Store, which is an app, suffers from lag fest. I, like many others & now you, hope SONY fixes all the bugs found in it.

The only way to put any codes is through your account on the pc and when ur signed in on the ps3, i'd go to download mangement and download DLC there.
