Playstation All Stars

I've been trying to find the Kat and Dusty DLC on the Playstation All Stars page on the store for the past few days now and haven't seen them. And I did a search and after going through all the results I just now found them. But now they went back up to being 4.99. Did the free DLC thing just end or something? Because I know they came out recently and thought was still in the 2 week mark.

The free offer was from 2/12 to 2/26 ( 2 weeks ) so yeah the offer ended yesterday.

Seriously? Man, I've been trying to find that dlc for days now and I find it on the day after the offer ends? That's just my luck.
