I ran into a bit of a problem yesterday when I was editing my SEN/PSN account details and accidentally changed my signing ID/e-mail address to an old one I no longer have access to. I was then unable to change it back to my current e-mail as it "is to similar to my online ID." I created my account several years ago before this was ever policy. I posted on the SEN site but got no response, hopefully this will work out better.
My question to you all is: has anyone ever had this problem, and if so how did you get it resolved? Is it possible for a network administrator to force an e-mail revert?
