Same old account new PS3, new country

1 replies 126 views Edited Jan 24, 2013

I recently moved from the US to Israel and then my PS3 got YLOD, so I bought a new Super Slim (EU).  How do I access my PSN account from the US to redownload content that I already purchased?  I was told there is a way to do it but that I'd need a special approval from Sony.  Does anyone know exactly what I'm supposed to do?  Thank you.

Welcome to the PlayStation Community.

I wasn't aware that this was possible or that any 'special approval' was given for such circumstances.

Sony's customer support details are at the bottom of this page under the 'contact us' tab.

Good luck.
