hey, newbie here, 

im able to log in just fine but once entering the store and all the features load, i cant move the cursor inside, its just stuck at the first option. i have no joystick options except for the home button - exiting the store. on the regular home screen - joystick works fine ... im updated with latest update, have funds in my wallet, and internet is working fine..... any thoughts or ideas ?

Yeah, I have the same problem. I was asked to update the store (update  1.01 I think) and now when the store loads I cant move to make a selection. This store situation is very aggravating, first errors when trying to buy something, now this. What is Sony doing? Do they not want my money because this new store is a debacle.
