Strange Wallet glitch?

2 replies 645 views Edited Aug 6, 2013

I am not sure if this happened to other people but here it goes...

Yesterday I was in the PSN Store using my PS3. I decided to check out some stuff and I checked my wallet and I noticed it was 5 dollars. The thing was...It was 29 cents last time I checked which was a week ago.

5 dollars have mysteriously appeared in my wallet.

And whenever I try to purchase something on it I keep on getting an error and I'm basically stuck with 5 dollars that came out of nowhere and making purchasing unusable.

So what do I do here? Is it a glitch or what?

You can manage your PSN account here:  http://www.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/ca-en/home/

The above link is set for Canada, where I am, but you'll likely be directed to the site of your country.

Sign in with your PSN ID and password, then you can click on "Transaction History" to see what has gone on and click on "Wallet" to see your balance according to SONY.

** Use a unique password for your PSN ID - one you don't use anywhere else **
** Engage brain before putting mouth in gear **
