Tethering *without* a PC?

I have an Android phone, a PS3 and a TV. Is there any configuration that I can run with only those 3, no computer, and be able to play online? Thanks in advance. :]

That seems really unlikely. You should just get a cheap 4G hotspot from Clear or somewhere with cheap internet.
