I just bought $50 PSN card today, but I can't redeem it.
Everytime I try to redeem it then it said: "The funds could not be added to your wallet."
I added my Credit Card into Billing Information.
What I have to do now?

If you purchase a PSN card at say K-Mart then decide to sell it on eBay what does that have to do with Sony? Nothing. It's all between you, the purchaser, and possibly eBay. You need to contact the seller and if you can't resolve the problem with them then take it up with eBay. Sony can't do anything. If you insist on asking for Sony's assistance this isn't the place to do it. Call 1-800-345-7669 or use the"Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page for Customer Support.

I just want to know that is my account problem or the card code they gave to me.
If from the card code so I have a right to refund it.
If from my account then I need help to fix it.

I just bought a card from my local store... and it wont allow me to add funds either, on PS3 or their website. I tried first to add to Ps3 i recieved an error code (80023D17)... i try to add via website and it say "Funds cannot be added at this time." I saw the card be activated and is showing me available money, when i redeemed code. I'm going to try again on the PS3 in thirty-minutes. Has anyone eles had this issue do i need to call sony support.
