The saboteur midnight show

Hi,

I bought The Saboteur new today for Ps3 and inside was a redeem code for the midnight show.  Now I found out that the ea online is no longer supported, meaning I cannot access my downloads to redeem the code. So my question is are you now forced to buy it from the playstation network for 2.99 or is there a way to redeem the code that came with the game??
