I have the same problem, contacted customer support through chat and they wouldn't do anything, had a supervidor call me on the phone to say the same thing. The guy was very rude, told me the codes expired in Oct 2012 despite my voucher saying it expired Dec 2010, told me I shouldn't have waited to open the game as long as I did even though they can't seem to get their vouchers printed properly as he said mine was a misprint. The guy was very very rude told me he couldn't do anything and that was it. There is no mention on the packaging itself of the content being on a voucher or of anything expiring. If you're going to have content that expires you should mention it on the packaging otherwise its a crap shoot and a clear case of false advertising. Makes me think twice about buying anything first party Sony new again if this is how they treat their customers, and i buy a lot of games.
