Uncharted 3 voucher not working

Just this Christmas I got Uncharted 3 Game of the Year edition. The Game of the Year Edition comes with a vouvher you enter into the redeem codes on the PSN. But when I went to enter them in it said that code had already been redeemed. I entered in a few more times but always the same answer of "Code has already been redeemed." I asked where the game was purchased and it was bought new at Target so it isn't used. Can I get some help or feedback on what I can do to redeem my voucher?
