I am currently in Afghanistan and I am paying for sniper hill internet service. The only thing is when you plug the eathernet cable into the playstation you have to log onto sniperhill again. I know you can log into the web browser but cant get it to log into the Playstation Network. Any help

Is Sniperhill your internet service provider? Is this DSL that they require for you to sign in for internet access? Are you behind a router, if so, did you set it up correctly, PPPoE or whaever they use?

When you say, "I know you can log into the web browser" do you mean you can navigate the internet via the PS3 web-browser? If so, what error do you get when trying to log into the PSN?
