Where do I change credit card info on the new PS Store?

The new store is not very user friendly. I need to change my credit card info, and I can't figure out how to change it. I try to use checkout, and it tells me my CC is not valid, and to use a different card. That makes sense because I had to cancel my CC last month and get a new one. Anyone know hoe to do this? I don't know why they have to make something like this so goddamn difficult.

You don't do it in store. You do it under account management.
