Tried that with a Playstation Plus card, it didn't work. And now it's telling me the code is incorrect or invalid.

I went to account management> redeem codes and was albe to redeem my code like one of the members from aboved suggested.

An error has occurred FIX!!!!

 

I too was having the same problem!!! I tried everything everyone on the forum  had and no success.... I tried one last thing and it worked! I logged off the PSN and tuned off the password at checkout AND after a reboot of the system I went to Account management---->Transaction Management------> Add funds------> enter Account Password----->entered PSN code and the transaction was a success!! Hope this helps you guys out.....

Yea i'm having the same thing i'm trying to put my new codes i bought  for Assasins Creed BlackFlags, but sadly no code is working it keep getting error has occured! Smiley Sad

 

I hope sony fixes this it's not letting me add friends, I can't put codes in my ps store, and it won't let me see the people who sent me a friend request.... :/ 

 

I hope sony fixes this problem that's happening.

after the same headache, I went to my account on the PlayStation network website, entered my code there, and BAM! the funds were in my wallet. I hope this helps you ^_^

it didnt work for me to it said it had an error but i tryd over and over it still did not work

Same with me. I entered in a $20 code, clicked yes, and got, "an error has occured".

Gotta buy it through mobile or computer, did the same thing for me so I bought through my phone on the play station app
