anyone else having problems with paypal?

i bought 25 dollars to my account using paypal, the money was taken from the bank instantly and more that 24 hours later I still haven't recieved the money on my wallet. I've seen a few posts about this but no actual responses.

anyone else is having this problem? did it got solved? I really need help with this, the phone for costumer suport in my country is not working, im from Chile.

I have an american account, and payed with a Chilean master card through paypal, the transfer was done successfully, since paypal acts like a middle man there shouldnt be any problems with the origin of the master card.

Any info on how to solve this, time frames in wich this transactions usually work or anything, would be greatly apreciated.

Same problem here. Tried to transfer $5 from paypal into my US PSN account to test.

Paypal says that the money has not yet been taken by Sony, but the transfer of $5 is still pending.

Would love to transfer some good money to my PSN wallet and buy some games!

People want to buy games and Sony doesn't want our money!!!!!!!

If your banking account has yet to be verified by paypal it can take up to 7 days to clear.

I'm considering to make a request to paypal and take my money back.

this is terrible... it supposed to add money to my wallet instantly. it's 2013 and everything should be done by automatically.

Hey there! Just wanted to let you know that US PSN accounts require US PayPal accounts to fill them, which explains why you are having problems. Filling a US PSN account with PayPal funds from another country, in your case, Chile, will not work.
