cant connect to psn on my vita

since i updated my vita to 2.0 not even once i succeeded in connecting to the psn....i cant download the new games.......this better be a server side problem...if not release a patch asap

yeah its not letting me sign in either i thought maybe psn was just down for maintnance or something.
