I purchased a COD BO map pack, i downloaded & installed it, after some time i stopped playing this game as the newer MW3 came out, which i wasn't keen on, therefore i went back to BO, i noticed i still had 2 out of the 3 map packs i had paid for. so i instantly proceeded to my download list and the purchase i had made for this game had been completely removed. I have not deleted this as it would have completely removed the other 2. How can this be fixed so i can use the DLC i have purchased ?

The cases or manuals of most games have contact information for game support. Either a telephone number or website. Both are usually free to use. For Black Ops...

Head to the listing for the DLC directly in the store instead of your downloads list.  It seems that other people are seeing this as well (stuff not on their d/l list) but it is showing up as purchased on that product's page in the store.  From that page you should be able to just download it again.
