gta San Andreas/dual shock controller problems help!!!

I downloaded gta san andreas for ps3 off of the psn and when i tried playing it there was a message saying i needed a playstation dual shock 2 controller, is this true? What can i do? Please help me thanks!

I'm experiencing something similiar. My PS3 controllers only work when they're plugged in with a wire when trying to play this same game. Kind of annoying to have to sit so close to my TV to play it. Is this a common issue with PS2 games downloaded from the PSN or is there a bug in San Andreas?

I think its a bug with San Andreas because when i loaded the game a second time it worked good luck with yours man
