so bought some stuff for my games  from the playstation store and sold the games to my cousin and i want to transfer those files to their ps3. How can i do that? also my ps3 is the old fat one and theirs is the newer skinny version if that makes any difference

It doesn't matter about the PS3 model. You cant transfer files, But what you can do is log in to their PS3 and download those add-ons or games you bought to theirs. But keep in mind that you can only activate your account twice. In other words you can have your account on 300 PS3's but only 2 can be activated to download whatever you've bought. It use to be 5 activations per account but as of late last year SONY limited that to only 2.
