I was playing ps3 and i got signed out multiple times i need help

im gettin the same error code and been logged out also from psn in the last 20 mins .

I have not been able to connect all day, I have tried restore, net test, wirelss vs wried, resetting router, shutting off and retrying after a couple hours I am thinking it is something on their end. Possibly regional? I am located in the chicagoland area.

I've been getting the same error code too. I haven't turned on my PS3 in a few days and just turned it on to go online and I keep getting this error and I can't sign in. 2 of my friends who live by me a couple towns over are getting online just fine. So I don't know what the problem is. Hopefully soon they can fix this problem.
