Playstation Move Charging station

[ Edited ]
4 replies 90 views Edited Sep 24, 2013

When using the Playstation Move Charging
station, can I leave the move controllers
in once they are fully charged (with the
power still on) or will it ruin the
battery and do I therefore need to unplug
the station once the devices are charged
if I want to leave them in ?
Thanks
Dave

You should check the instructions but I believe it's safe to leave them in and the station plugged in.

Thanks for the response ne1atall, I've checked the manual and it doesn't say.

I've got a switched mains socket now just to be sure.

You're welcome. It's odd the manual doesn't say. For what it's worth any battery charging device I've ever used (tools) was safe to leave the battery in indefinitely after the charge was complete. After the initial charge they decrease the voltage to a "maintenance" charge mode. If it was unsafe for you to leave the controllers in and the charging station plugged in you can bet there would be warnings not to do so in the manual.
