So I just got Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Mortal Kombat and Lego Batman 2 and whenever I try to play those games I get the "You can't get trophies" message although I just completely reformatted the memory card and vita but who cares. So after that I am taken to a screen that should be the loading screen except they just sit there playing the home screen music. I have Uncharted, UMvC3 and Assassin's Creed 3 which work perfectlty fine. Can someone tell me what is happening?

You have to have your Vita configured for Playstation Network in order to earn trophies. The save data that you are using must also have been created under the same PSN account that is being used on the Vita.

Are you talking about PSN Downloaded games, or PS VITA Retail Games?
If you are talking about any of that, a mix or all cards or all downloaded, the thing is, each game is tied to one account, whomever "bought it" if it's PSN, and whomever first "used it" if it's a card, and some games will let more than one person use the same game card, but some will NOT let the second or third person earn trophies.
If you bought something at GS or someone game you a game card, you have to delete any save info off of that PS Vita Game Card.
With the game card in your PS Vita touch and hold the screen to get to the edit mode. Find the Bubble for the game in question and touch the "..." to pop up a menu. Touch "Delete" and you'll get a confirm screen about all data being erased from the game card. Choose "OK" to make it happen.
Get out of the edit mode, touch the arrow on the bottom left of the screen
That's how to clear all user data off of a game card which will enable you to earn trophies on that game.
You do need to have a PSN ID and be signed in to Playstation Network at least once to earn trophies. You will want to be signed into PSN occassionally so that the trophies will sync with your PSN Profile.
If these games are downloaded, then you need to have a PSN ID to play them, and it HAS to be the PSN ID that purchased the games, and it has to be the PSN ID that has the PS Vita activated. These PSN ID's must be the same one, only one PSN ID is activated on a PS VITA and they can only play their own content.
Are are any of the above points helpful for you?
