I bought a playstation network card $ 50 but when I try to redeem the code the message "could not add funds" wanted to know how to solve my problem and add money to my wallet, please help me.

Are you sure the card was activated? Are you sure you're entering the code correctly? Where are you trying to enter the code?

I am a new gamer, I am trying to add funds to my wallet and it keeps asking for a password. I have no idea what to do. I tried all my passwords that I have for my vita.... HELP!!!!!

It is prompting for the password of the PSN account that you set up the Vita to use. Normally the Vita stores the password and signs-in automatically when needed, but when you perform certain account management functions, the Vita makes you enter the PSN sign-in password.

It's alright, but I can not even turn on the SEN site says "The Prepaid Card You entered code is incorrect or is no longer valid" and I do not know what else to do, help me

That is a separate issue.  Where did you buy the card?

Are you sure the PSN card you bought belongs to the PSN you are using? Seems to me like the code is invalid because you are trying to redeem something from a region belonging to a different one than the one of your PSN account~.
