Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One

Do note that I've been playing with my friend on different games - Red Dead Redemption, Portal 2, Street Fighter IV, Dead Nation, etc - without much connectivity troubles except for this game.

I can't join his game in A4O, and when I miraculously could, I get disconnected 2 minutes later. Every single time.

(I'm from Asia and my friend's in the US.)

This is simply unacceptable.

Not only that, I can't even create a game (got the error message "Unable to create game.") and had to retry at least 10 times before it works.

Please let me know if this is fixable or if this is a server problem on your end. Worst experience trying to play online EVER.

I have to add that I've just created a game, finished watching the cutscene (unskippable) for the umpteenth time, and when it's done, it says "All players have left. Leaving game."

I'm the only person in that game.

This is beyond ridiculous. If this isn't fixable, please refund my hard-earned money as I've mistakenly purchasing a game whose online co-op features are supposed to be one of the best but thwarted by a ridiculous series of disconnections.

Googling online reveals that I'm not alone in this.
