Well, I checked my RAC 1 and RAC GC and they're symbol is facing the opposite way. So maybe they did it on purpose...

,They did do it on purpose. It's supposed to represent "&" and a "3", since it's R&C3. Just like in GC, the logo made the shape of a "2".

It's been changed to represent a "3", though. In the first game, it represented a "&" symbol; in the second game, it stayed the same and the "Going Commando" subtitle was incorporated into the number "2" part. Since UYA is number three on the list, Insomniac has flipped the "&" symbol to represent that "3". It's always interesting to find Insomniac's little subtle things like that.
