I've played primarily as Commando. Beat the game three times so far. Once as Gunzerker, twice as Commando. I haven't played as Mechromancer yet but plan to do so. I've only played Assassin and Siren long enough for the Trophies (although I must admit to power leveling my Assassin.) Didn't care for either class though.

while I really enjoyed Roland in the first, this time around, I really love the siren, Maya. She is my first level 50, Commando is 35 (love the turrets), Gunzerker is level 30 (not really sure I like his special), Zero is level 20 (lowest one but I like Deception), and Mechro is level 34 (really liking the DeathTrap, reminds me of Bloodwing from one) editnly beat the story once, with Maya. Doing the DLC and other characters stories also

I'm playing as a Siren right now. Suits me just fine as I like long-range characters better. The Siren's special ability is really underpowered though compared to the Commando class.
