We report about Square Enix PS1 games popping up on PlayStation Network in Japan all of the time. This time the news is for North America.
Threads of Fate, Vagrant Story, Legend of Mana, and (a personal favorite) Xenogears are on deck for PlayStation Network.
The ESRB rated all four games for PSP and PlayStation 3 with Sony Computer Entertainment America as the publisher. When the ESRB pegs SCEA as the publisher they mean these games will be released as downloadable PsOne Classics in North America.

If everyone here actually enjoys RPGs and doesn't buy Xenogears then there's something wrong with them. I already own two copies; one black label version and one Greatest Hits label version and I definitely will be buying the digital copy. My favourite RPG of all time and I think everyone owes it to themselves to play it.

Everyone should play Xenogears at least one time just for the story.
Also, I know Vagrant Story isn't for everyone, but if you're a serious RPG player you really owe it to yourself to give it a try.

Shaweet news! I already own Xenogears and my brother owns Vagrant Story (i've only played and beat Xenogears and it is by far one of my top 5 RPG's of all time) but I do not have Legend of Mana and Threads of Fate. I heard Legend of Mana has a multiplayer option so I will either be playing with my brother, girlfriend, or friends. Never really heard about Thread of Fate but I am sure that it's great as well .

Some games I'd adore seeing (not all necessarily RPGs).
With or without trophies.

/sigh/ I'm really not enjoying this forum shift at all. I know I replied to this already.
Great news. Never played any of those. Not sure I'm interested in Xenogears but probably will try it out. Vagrant Story is a possible buy as well. Doubt the other two, at least for a while.
Now SE needs to get off their hindparts and re-release DQVII.
Two great things about the classic re-releases of PS1 titles: No Trophies and I can play on my PSP at work
