SOCOM: Issues and Exploits

So i bought the game installed the patches downloaded the voucher it came with played the first two missions fine the third mission got stuck loading so I exit the game and open up the game it doesn't even get the menu screen it gets stuck on the white block loading screen I've tried deleting my game data not installing the patches and it keeps getting stuck on this screen can anyone help.

Maybe contact the store you got it from?

Not sure on this one, but that's probably your best bet.
