Its looks fairly crap to me, not a fan of taking goofy characters and just putting them into normal fps environments so this game isn't for me.

sad but there never will be a MAG 2 im surprised the former zipper employees never tried to make it

For a bit of clarification, saying it is from the makers of MAG isn't quite accurate.  There is one person that has been actively working on the game for about a month now from Zipper.  The game has been in dev for over a year now....We are glad to have the Zipper peeps, but it isn't from them
