Any suggestions on Black Ops 2 locking the PS3?

locks up and has to be powered off. 

have replaced the disc at Target.

Have down loaded all updates. Twice removed all game data and downloaded again.

I even installed the Textures.

no help locks in all modes, sometimes can play a few rounds and locks. Just playing Zombies local solo or split screen.

Any help would be appreciated. Contemplating  if I need a new PS3 but it used very little.
