Silent Hill Series

First, in case anyone hadn't noticed, yesterday they released Silent Hill 2 and 3 themes on the PSN.  My question is whether anyone has heard of these being related to the HD collection release?  What I mean is that a lot of times games will come with themes, and I wouldn't want to buy these if they come with the game (which I might get, not sure yet).

They might be there for psn customers who buy the games digitally. I think that's what happened with the ico/shadow of the colossus collection.

There was a theme (themes?) that came with the disc version of Ico/SotC.

It would seem then that they are not included with the game?  I haven't seen anything indicating that they would be, but I hoped that would be the case.  I will wait a bit on the collection but plan on getting it someday.  Hopefully they patch some of the issues I have heard of; same with downpour, but I bought that since (obviously) I hadn't played it before.
