Having problems with my Singstar downloads

Hello,

I own a Playstation 3 and downloaded a few Singstar albums from the Playstation Store but I am not able to play them. I called the support number and spent an hour trying to figure out the problem and had no luck. You can see the transaction in my transaction list but once again it is not in my download list.

Another problem I encountered was not being able to "accept" the terms and conditions in the service list. I am not sure if this is why I am unable to play singstar.

Please help!
