MAJOR Flaw for Southpaws!

I just got this game a few days ago and I love it, there's just one little problem: I AM A LEFTY The boy wizard holds the wand in his right hand and I did not see any option to switch hands. I end up casting most of the spells backwards or missing my intended targets. Does anyone know if they will release a patch to fix this glaringly obvious mistake? Other then that, I love this game.
