subs but characters dont talk

i put subs on because for some reason there is no dialogue. ive taken subs on and off but the characters are still silent. i checked my settins and all the volume settings are maxed. i tried also with just master and dialogue maxed with effects and music at half but still no dialogue. Which really sucks when i cant tell what the characters are saying unless there are subs. if anyone has advise to fix this, i would greatly appreciate it

If you are having this problem only on "Sorcery", I would advise returning it to where you purchased it and get another copy.

Your current copy could be defective.
