Looks like the new DLC is new instruments and drum kits (always good) and a shapes pack including curves.  I can't check this out yet as it's not available in my (UK) PSN store, but my version of the game has updated in readiness.

Are the new DLC cross buy as well, or do i have to buy them seperately on the Vita and on the PS3?

This game is phenomenal, played numerous user created levels, i've posted 1 created level but  i think we are very limited to music and graphics standpoints.

Is it possible to try and add crescendos and decrescendos, increasing/decreasing tones in a constant note/loop, etc.?
