What are your thoughts on this? I think it's crazy. Robinson Cano set a post season record by goinig 0-29 before getting a single hit last night. He has a total of three hits in the postseason. The whole Yankees lineup has been anemic. Granderson, Texeira, Cano, Martin, Gardner. So they're going to take ARod out and put in Eric Chavez. He's 0-14 with 6Ks.
I don't even like ARod. But seeing how much blame he's getting makes me a bit mad. I feel a little sad for him.

He is easy to blame. Nobody is going to criticize you for benching him so you can get away with it.
Also hitting on chicks during playoff games probably isnt helping.

What poor A-rod?
I don't understand this pity for a man with hundreds of millions of dollars and supermodel girlfriends who has a centaur painting of himself and happens to be 37-years-old and is playing like he's 37 because he's not getting the benefit of steroids anymore.

Rodriguez has always been the scapegoat in New York. For some reason, his postseason numbers are simply terrible sans 2004 and 2009.
I think they are too old.. they need to go young.. I was going to say his steriods ran out, but Im talking the hi road.. ![]()
