Ok so I realy badly want an nhl game, but its too bad  nhl 10 is $69.99 which I cant currently afford. So should I get Nhl 2k10 for 30 bucks or nhl 09 for 10 bucks. thanks.

If you play online, 2k10 is probably your best bet, but if you only play single player or with friends, NHL 09 is a better game.
