Re: Sunday Game Discussions, Week 2

As per LT, "The recession is over."

Thank you, I think I enjoyed that win as well.

And @ GLS, you guys are and will still be legitimate SB contenders, no doubt.  Should definitely be a fun divisional race to watch all year.  It would just be weird seeing IND as a Wild Card team.

Re: Sunday Game Discussions, Week 2

If somebody asked me what the Jets would do to win this week, I would not have thought to say that Mark Sanchez would break most of his career highs in passing stats, Revis would go down in the first half while the Patriots' offense would go with him, and there would be no rushing TDs.

But I'll definitely take it.

I miss participating in these Sunday Game Discussion threads already.

So glad the Cards got thrashed. Made my day even better.

Re: Sunday Game Discussions, Week 2

I'm not going to lie. I wouldn't have called a 24-0 halftime lead after last week. I wouldn't have expected to shut the Giants offense down on top of running all over their defense.

Hopefully it keeps up in the second half.

Hopefully Peyton will keep pouring it on, and won't allow our defense to lose games like last year. No mercy, I say.

Fear the Texans.  They're that good this year.  I don't like it either.
