Just played it its silly to be honest. A CAF pilot with shield , engine mods and stealth with the ball = game won

This doesn't really affect me because I'm terrible in the air  (On the ground is a whole different story ) and I probably won't play Gatekeeper much.

But I would imagine it's a super easy fix for LBI to remove the power-up icons from the maps/mode.

Don't worry, guys; people have been begging LBI to remove "spin-to-win" flight from Starhawk since the beta.  Surely they consider our input to be valuable, and will act to fix this situation soon!

They should just allow us to choose between CAF or AF in the server options so everybody is on the same page.

Is equal grounds really that bad of a thing?

Just imagine the CAF only server dogfights, LOL.  Evenone using engine mods and teleporting around the screen.

Every game would end in a 0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0 draw, LOL.

It would make it obvious why that flight mode is exploitable I think.

If everyone had to use it, no one would want too, LOL.

Its the perfect way to get people to advance when they "Get good".

I would just like to play one or two games with no CAF pilots at all and see how it goes.

Why has this never been an option in Starhawk or Warhawk?  Oh yeah because equality means you actually have to be better then the next guy to win.

You dlon't have to make any tuning adjustments. Just remove engine mod from the hawk.

When I hear someone say. "Nerf this!" or " I dont like it take it out! Q.Q"
to me it says... "I cant learn to deal with it and am unable use the tools that have been given to solve my problem" and
"im to lazy to practice and so that guy is better than me, HES CHEATING!"  or
" its not fair! Take out the tool that we both have because he decided to use it!!"

as for CAF "spin to win", I hate it, sooo much, and wish it were never put into the game. But im not demanding it gets taken out because some people cant fly for crap in AF. 
solution to the CAF vs AF problem?
server name: AF ONLY or Kick!
if some one joins using CAF...(heres the shocker, get ready for this.)
ACTUALLY KICK THEM.
People make servers with rules and either leave with Host migr. on, or forget to enforce the rules and the one thing that was supposed to be banned from the server, always seems to end up overpopulating it.

so in the future everyone, when we have a problem / complaint / issue, lets see what we can do on our own BEFORE crying to LBI to "make it fair" (nerf / remove)

Anyways, Gatekeeper is new, its bound to have problems, will most likely (not "for sure") have tweaks.
So quit gettin your panties in a wad.

You make a good point. I just wouldn't want to join an all CAF game. The controls don't make sense. I fly AF and scrubbing a missile is a small victory every time I manage it.
