a) nice quote.
b) I beleive they are done with the Space maps, they have Space small, medium, large and huge (huge is hawk only maps)
Scourge is also done. It also has its small, medium, large and huge. Cypress still needs its hawk map while echo, sever and Dust need a small maps and hawk/huge maps.
I would also expect 1-2 more planets before they are done with maps (not inclueding HW and Prospectors will probly only have 2 at most more.) I`m hoping the next planet is a winter tundra/ ice glaciar. As for the 2nd I would like an industrial valcanic map.

I like the idea but the fact is getting instantly killed by the MAW is about as fair as getting instantly killed by a speeding Sidewinder. It's supposed to come out of absolutely no where. If one is really worried about getting killed by a MAW then one should be swerving in and out of obstacles.

Yeah, sorry Harold, this has been discussed over 100 times and it always concludes with really solid reasons, given by both the community and the developers, as to why it's a bad idea and won't be happening. Another cause was memory management. Some vehicles and objects just take more memory than others and don't play well with the console.
I don't blame you though, I originally thought this would be the right way to go too.

Well as I have said before, I'm curious why the "in game earned" skins didn't transfer over to the grizzly besides the Union A/Scout A skin.

Already made a thread on this but in the spirit of things:
New Map styles: Night/Dark Planet, Snow/Ice Planet
Open Up the Buildings: Have maps with the buildings being open like map-bunkers on cypress but all of them. This would promote cool loadouts like Trooper or Arena due to large amounts of close quarters combat, but at the same time not take away from the ppl that want to use mechs or tanks.
I would pay $3-6 for a "decent" map pack, and I would pay the same if Co-Op versions are made.
