Joined large basin TDM last night, deployed, took one step... BOOM! invisible mine.

my problem isn't the fact you can't see them but when you don't even get the chance to use flares or scrub them? they just kill you.. is this a hack or a bug i don't know but come on starhawk grizzlys before you fix the basics?

LBI may have left this bug to allow air mines to actually kill people, I don't know of any other way that they could actually kill someone...

The invisible airmines and land mines normally happen when they were placed before you joined the match and your side didn't render them into your view. The game knows they are there but you don't. I have most of my airmine kills that way blammo.

Just spin, spin, spin all day like most CAF pilots and that should do the trick.

I dont think you need to see them to break their death grip on you.

I was in a match once and was winning CTF, so I switched teams to try and take the lead from myself.

I got XMB kicked after 1 flag cap.

I rejoined and was killed 3 times in a row by ivisible mines, twice was air mines, once was land mines.

I'm not sure but the land mines were likely my own from when I was on that team, LOL.

But yeah never stop spinning and I dont think you will die ever again.
