I wish Flak was in more loadouts, but seeing as they're so sporadic, it's most relevant in the strongest of hawk loadouts, so I consider that a balance in a round where I am usually at a disadvantage.

As for spam, if it gets there it's your fault. 6 rift per flak is a bit much to allow 6-9 turrets go on unchecked. Let's make thag the equivalent of a legitimste warhawk baserape.

Durant is on my FL. Do you really think he'd be there if I sent him "fan mail"? Rage quit? I've done that maybe twice against him and that's because it was in crimsons crappy arse servers where a homer lags its way magically up my arse. If he's telling you anything different then he's full of shiet too.

Although Engine Mod is the skill of choice for many pilots, they are susceptable to turrets. So turret Jammer would be most effective, but they'll be susceptible to other pilots.
