Wow, it made it to today! I'll post later with pics my thanksgiving dinner.
Usually at home we eat Pernil (Pork Shoulder) with Moro (a rice & peas jambalaya). Green, macaroni, and potato salads, a honeyed ham (sometimes) and sweet plantains.
Today, auntie invited us, so idk what she's making. I'll eat whatever, but I've never been really fond of turkey. One year though, I met a girl who cooked her turkey with bacon. Sure, bacon is always good, but that turkey was dripping juices. Just how I like my **bleep**. It was delicious.
