The PS2 for me has some of the best memories. I still own more PS2 games than games for my other consoles. Some good times for sure.

Maybe some SSX Tricky, GTA Vice City, NBA Street 2, Dropship: UPF, DOA 2, Rez, Ace Combat 4 and some Guitar Hero would be a great way to spend New Years.
