That's true to some extent but often the game gets to the point where no ones in the air but you / your team in which case I think unless you really enjoy effectively simply backtracking back and forth to the cluster bomb location to rack up some more free kills, ground combat is more enjoyable.
I prefer air but only if people are actually in the air which is not that often in random lobbies online. Plus when people die once or twice in the air they either leave the lobby entirely or just stop taking off in hawks which is makes it less fun also.

Yeah when my team gets the air I get on the ground. But because lately my skills reset frequently (they still do after the maintenance, but I think they are fixing it soon) I get owned by the turrets every time and I rage.

Koing has it right. . . Clusters, Flak, Shield, even Cloak (IMO) are the only weapons in the hawk that are worth note as of right now. swarms and homing missiles even air mines are pointless, they are too easy to scrub, You have a greater chance of getting the kill with MG in comparison.
I suppose props are in order for ViRal for the 76. but I am sure that he has done his fair share of server quitting when posed with real opposition. KDR warrior in the flesh. Agree, Deny. IDC I'm not here to make waves, just tossing my 2 cents in the fountain. I eagerly await the patch that balances the game. till then, Flak is my friend.
